Joanne Bradford

Joanne Bradford lives and paints in Wollongong, on the New South Wales coast, where family is the centre of everything. She has painted for the love of it for most of her life, filling her home with colour long before she ever thought of sharing it — this site is her first step out into the world.

She works in abstract forms — layers of soft colour, movement, and quiet feeling — on both canvas and paper. Much of her inspiration comes from her grandchildren: their energy, their wonder, and the joy they bring to ordinary days. Each piece begins without a plan and finds its own way.

Every work here is an original, made by hand. If something speaks to you, it would mean a great deal to Joanne to know it found a home.
